SC3 is a specialist project management consultancy for the construction industry. Founded by Fong See Chet, we combine large-scale project management with in-house architectural and interior design capability.
That mix is the point: because we can design as well as manage, we understand what we are asking contractors to build. We operate from Singapore, Saigon and Malaysia, with affiliate partners across Shanghai, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Jakarta, Yangon and Taipei — giving clients a single consultant across the region.
More about SC3Our largest project to date: a riverfront tower at Ba Son on the Saigon River, developed with Eastern Real Estate and anchored by UOB. Ground was broken in 2026 and the tower is now under construction.
