Our founder has worked in the construction industry across 30 years, including years at established firms such as ADDP Architects and Bovis Lend Lease, accumulating extensive experience in industrial and commercial projects including the Xilinx Asia Pacific HQ, Applied Materials S.E.A. HQ, and Infineon S.E.A. HQ.
SC3 has evolved over more than a decade, working in collaboration and joint venture with like-minded designers and consultants to pursue larger projects and extend our reach across the region — while keeping the personalised service of a boutique consultancy.

See Chet has over 30 years of extensive experience in base-build industrial and commercial projects, as well as corporate and financial fit-out. His experience across design, project management, and architecture is an advantage in understanding client requirements and aligning them with base building infrastructure, while maintaining quality through effective detail design and buildability.
As a qualified architect registered with the Board of Architects, his insight into design and authority permitting processes in Singapore helps clients avoid decisions with hidden problems. He is also an expert in managing special construction contracts such as Management Contracting and Turnkey Contracts, and is a BCA guest speaker on Green Mark projects.
